1. Orders

Orders submitted through the website are requests and are confirmed manually. An order is not final until Fresh Bite Bakery confirms availability and price.

2. Prices

Displayed prices are indicative starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise. Customisation, size, quantity and delivery may change the final price.

3. Product availability

Products may sell out or vary based on daily availability. We may suggest a suitable alternative when a requested item is unavailable.

4. Delivery and pickup

Delivery timing and charges depend on location and order details and will be confirmed before fulfilment.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be communicated as early as possible. Custom or prepared orders may not be cancellable once preparation has started.
